We are therefore looking for an experienced Online Marketer who wants to help build on this success and continue to develop himself.

What does your day look like?

Together with your colleagues, you start the day at our office in The Hague. We discuss the important daily matters and every week you divide the work on your agenda. You may carry these out from the office or visit one of your clients. During the lunch break, we have a nice meal together and play a game of table tennis at a very fanatical level. Besides our office in The Hague, we also have an office in Amsterdam. The ideal place if you are in Amsterdam for appointments. We end the month with our legendary 'VRIJMIBO' and of course with good food!

What will you do? 

As marketing manager, you are the contact person for several clients within The Fully Bookers. You advise entrepreneurs of various hotels, restaurants or event locations on online marketing solutions. You will analyse the wishes and needs of (potential) clients and, together with the team, coordinate marketing activities accordingly. The ultimate goal, of course, is to achieve our customers' wishes and targets. So you enjoy writing strategies and possibly building Facebook, LinkedIn and Google campaigns. Furthermore, you have an eye for detail and an analytical mind. You will have a lot of contact with hotel and catering companies, which makes your work fun and varied!

• Develop, implement and evaluate the marketing plan;
• Determine the marketing strategy based on the marketing plan;
• Ensure measurability of marketing activities to ensure budget and investment allocation;
• Actively monitor trends and developments in the market to respond quickly to (future) changes;
• Positioning hospitality businesses based on market knowledge and consumer behaviour;
• Motivate and enthuse teammates;
• Evaluate the performance of the marketing team and oversee day-to-day activities for your clients;
• Together with other marketing managers, you will turn warm leads into new customers;
• Can pitch our story convincingly during initial meetings with potential clients;
• Frequent progress meetings with clients to evaluate cooperation and goals achieved.

• At least 4 years of demonstrable experience in online marketing;
• Passion for online marketing and the hospitality industry;
