As team leader, you ensure that everyone is focused and relaxed at work. You are the point of contact for our team members, take important decisions, set priorities and ensure good team dynamics.

• You are quick to spot opportunities to design work processes in a smarter way and are eager to work on them.

About you: our new team leader 

• You want to grow; really advance. You are applying for the position of Team Leader, but with the title of Operations Manager clearly in your sights.
• You have at least 5 years' experience in a managerial marketing role within the agency world.
• You have a completed college or university degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• You have a track record of proven success in team management and project execution.
• Communicatively, you are very strong, clear and direct - and, of course, always respectful.
• Challenging situations? You love them. You hold your own like no other and make sure the rest does too.
• You are sociable: a real people person, but you always make decisions based on facts and logic.
• Furthermore, you are consistent, determined, reliable. You perform well under pressure, are strong in planning and very flexible.
• You have a perfect command of the Dutch language and are also proficient in English.
