INCREASE OCCUPANCY
Lommerrijk is an event location on the Bergse Plas in Rotterdam. Since 1880, the company has been making every birthday, meeting, (company) party and wedding a success. To make the day complete, catering is also fully taken care of, celebrating all aspects of life! To ensure that all rooms for 10 to 300 people are filled as much as possible throughout the year, we were called in. So together we went for maximum occupancy!

THE APPROACH: FACEBOOK AND GOOGLE ADS
We first analysed the existing online marketing and wrote a more modern, smarter and, above all, more efficient marketing plan from there. We focused on getting more enquiries through the website, using a limited budget. Extra focus was on wedding and business event enquiries. We deployed Facebook ads and Google Ads to bring in leads and reinforce each other. Besides these paid ads, we also deployed link building to give the website more authority and a higher ranking.

THE RESULT: INCREASE IN APPLICATIONS ON ALL FRONTS
From day 1, we made all results transparent. This allowed us to test properly with different target groups and keywords straight away, and to make adjustments for maximum results. In a few months, requests doubled and we have now continued our collaboration for years. The results we achieved for Lommerrijk:
- 466 requests by individuals - for birthdays, baby showers, high teas, etc.
- 324 requests for weddings
- 37 requests for company outings
- 326 general enquiries via contact form
- 244% increase in calls compared to previous year
