The cooperation
For the Shrimp Tempura Group, we have various recruitment campaigns rotated. Both for positions within the Group itself and for the different locations. We worked closely with the HR team to see where the needs lay and how we could attract new employees. We also advised on the granting of bonuses and looked closely at what type of employees were needed for the various businesses. We also had the idea of focusing on belonging to the 'Shrimp Tempura family' for the vacancies. The idea of holding a Job Day was born. Potential employees could visit the various businesses during this day to get a taste of the atmosphere. This Job Day was organised twice. For Marineau, in addition to vacancy campaigns, we also attention campaigns to let people know that this restaurant was open. The somewhat hidden location of this restaurant invites you to give brand awareness an extra boost.
Crazy restaurants
Shrimp Tempura aims at a wide audience, as different types of restaurants are part of the group. At Marineau For example, healthy and fresh food from the North Sea is the focus. Maven focuses more on crafts combined with luxury meat dishes. If you are more in the mood for Asian food, try the shared dining concept of Umami. The Italian restaurant Danieli Il Divino is one of the trendiest hotspots in Antwerp. The kitchen serves Italian classics, pastas and pizzas. Murni attracts people who like healthy and organic food. Last but not least in this list is Matterhorn Süd. This popular restaurant has a large terrace, many drinks to choose from and offers various tapas dishes. All great restaurants with their own cuisine, style, appeal and target group.
Splendid event venues
Various event venues are also part of the Shrimp Tempura Group. Beaches for example, is a beach restaurant with a 120m² terrace located on the banks of the Scheldt. The Group has also taken the sporting path and has a padel club with 3 courts, namely Padel Club Cabane. Furthermore, the Group is the owner of a beautiful estate, namely Den Brandt Castleand also stands farm Salons De Groene Jager to her name. Then there is also Café Local, located in a historic building in Antwerp's Zuid district. All these different locations can be hired for weddings, birthdays, important meetings, company parties, anniversaries or receptions. Of course, these locations include free parking and fine catering.
Vibrant nightlife
Club Lima is classy, Jardim is the Antwerp 'city jungle' with lots of green, Sommar is a cool summer bar and Club Vaguely is more underground. All 4 are part of Shrimp Tempura and they are all hip meeting places for young people. Chill out with your friends, have a drink or fill the late hours with dancing and chatting.
The shops
Just a bit different: the shops of the Tempura Shrimp Group. They currently have 2 fresh food shops: Fruxino and the Marineau Shop. Fruxino is a fresh food shop and sells juices, fruit, seasonal vegetables, sandwiches, soups and salads. All kinds of fresh products! Go to the Marineau Shop for fish; from sea bass to sole and from kibbeling to calamari. There is also a terrace where you can sit down and have a bite to eat.
Successful cooperation
Through the recruitment campaigns, we spent six months trying to generate as many potential leads as possible for the various vacancies. Many positions have now been successfully filled. In the future, we can support the Group again with new vacancy or attention campaigns. Yes! A cooperation with the Group tastes like more...
