We have big ambitions and are therefore looking for an experienced Online Marketer who has the same aspirations to grow and develop.

What will you do?

You will work on the online objectives of various restaurants and hotels. Together with the marketing team, you achieve maximum occupancy for them. From result-oriented online campaigns to improving conversion-oriented websites: you know your way around the digital world. You act quickly, have an eye for detail, take responsibility and love variety in your daily work. You are responsible for setting up and implementing campaigns for multiple clients within The Fully Bookers. You work together with the team on the execution of the strategy in order to get the most out of the online resources. 

• Setting up and analysing campaigns within Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing and Pinterest;
• Create and evaluate marketing strategies to achieve your customers' goals;
• Increase measurability by working with tracking pixels, Tag Manager and Data Layers;
• Thinking about new opportunities based on consumer behaviour and incorporating them into your marketing plan;
• Keeping in touch with your customers to be able to switch quickly and share progress;
• Analyse the possibilities in the market in order to respond in time to trends and developments in the hotel and catering industry;
• Present your results internally to keep each other focused and motivated;
• Regular meetings with the marketing team to monitor whether we are achieving the objectives and where opportunities lie for our own company.

What do we expect from you?

• At least 4 years of demonstrable experience in online marketing;
• Passion for online marketing and the hospitality industry;
• Want to make a real contribution to the growth of our customers;
• Proactive, creative and can work well together;
• Analytical ability and a strong commercial attitude;
• Experience with WordPress;
• A strong urge to score and a great drive.
