Thinking up and running fat online campaigns? Leave that to you! You are fascinated by consumer behaviour and know better than anyone where to find them, how to reach and convince them. You like to think along with them about solutions to sharpen the strategy.

Performance marketer at The Fully Bookers
As a performance marketer, you know how to achieve goals with result-oriented campaigns, time and again. Whether it's raising awareness, selling out a hotel or maximising occupancy: You've got it covered! 

• You know exactly through which channels (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) or search engines (Google Ads and Bing Ads) you can reach your target audience.
•  You will analyse the current situation, give advice, set up and implement campaigns.
• You are involved in defining the strategy and contribute creative solutions based on your expertise.
• You will be responsible for multiple campaigns from different clients at the same time.
• Within the team, you really are the expert. So you enjoy sharing your insights with your colleagues, giving advice and proactively spotting new opportunities for our organisation.
• You constantly analyse and monitor campaigns and make quick adjustments if necessary; you always go for the best result.
• You will get a permanent contract with us immediately, with pension accrual and a salary between €3,000 and €5,000 per month, depending on your experience.

About you: our new performance marketer

• You simply know everything there is to know about online advertising, campaigns and social media channels.
• You like to stay on top of the latest developments. New channels, platforms or opportunities? You are the first to know.
• Trends in the hospitality industry follow closely. Chances are you will set the trend!
• You are analytically and strategically strong.
• You have at least 3 years' experience within paid media on the agency side. 
• You have a command of the Dutch language, are communicatively strong and are proficient in English.
